The premiere of the Nacht der Ausbildung was a real highlight for pupils and companies in the Hochsauerland district! On 20 June 2024, we opened our doors together with many other companies to introduce TRIO to young people and give them the opportunity to get to know our apprenticeships.
We had a great time: the young visitors were able to immerse themselves directly in our working world with an exciting tour. Our quiz and task stations were particularly popular during the TRIO tour, where knowledge and useful skills for the various apprenticeships were in demand. Those who proved their brains and skills could look forward to winning great prizes. Our team was also on hand to answer any questions about our apprenticeships and career opportunities – live and in colour!
The many curious and active visitors showed us how important such events are for choosing a career and getting to know potential employers. It was the perfect opportunity to present our corporate culture, make initial contacts and discover possible career paths. We look forward to inspiring many young talents for TRIO in the future and getting to know our trainees of tomorrow!
