Christmas is all about sharing love and warmth and feeling the spirit of togetherness. Once again this year, our apprentices have organised the “Wunschleuchte” initiative to bring these values to life during the festive season. What started in 2023 as a small idea has since grown into a beautiful Christmas tradition – one that creates glowing children’s eyes and unforgettable moments.
The “Wunschleuchte” project is a heartfelt initiative that spreads Christmas joy to disadvantaged children and teenagers from the Kinder- und Jugendhilfe Möhnesee e.V. In each of the four residential groups, a lamp from our collection was set up and decorated with wish lists. Each child was invited to share two wishes with a total value of €50, and our dedicated TRIO employees fulfilled a total of 75 wishes. The lovingly wrapped gifts found their way to the children just in time for the festive days, bringing smiles to faces and warmth to hearts.
A project like this thrives on collaboration and commitment. We extend our heartfelt thanks to the Kinder- und Jugendhilfe Möhnesee e.V., whose work is invaluable to young people. We also want to thank all our TRIO colleagues, whose dedication made this initiative possible. Together, we have sent a powerful message of solidarity and compassion. Because when many hands come together, true wonders can happen.
